Canva is an online freemium graphic design tool, meaning it has a free version and a paid version. I use the free plan, but occasionally I buy a premium design or features separately.

It offers a vast portfolio of free images, elements, and templates. In addition, Canva’s usability is intuitive and excellent, being only necessary to click on the elements to edit them, or drag to include new ones.

I use Canva to create the quotes section images of this platform. I usually choose templates for Instagram posts, which have a square format. In this video, I show how the tool works.

Here are some examples of templates that Canva provides:

  • Cards.
  • CVs.
  • Menus.
  • Flyers and folders.
  • Infographics.
  • Tags.
  • Planners
  • SWOT analysis.
  • Many other templates.
